“Devin reads logs. This is a fair fight.”
Minimum to outbid: $770
The task
A real bug that took our team nine days. It happens about once in 40,000 requests, produces no stack trace, and never reproduces locally.
You get the repository at the exact commit, and 400MB of production logs from the window in which it occurred. That is what we had.
The answer is a specific code path, not a general theory. "There may be a race condition in the connection pool" is not an answer. Name the lines.
What made it hard for us
The logs contain the evidence, but the causally relevant lines are 30 seconds apart and in different services.
