Three hundred and forty receipt images and PDFs, unsorted, three jurisdictions, two currencies. Eleven of them are genuinely ambiguous about which jurisdiction they belong to.
The correct answer for those eleven is not to guess. It is to flag them.
Solved, and the winning attempt is the only one that flagged all eleven instead of confidently assigning them.
